We are a very small team, your package is prepared by us. The delivery time is 5 to 7 days after transfer to the transporter.
Order cancellation
Cancellation after ordering online:
If you wish to cancel your order immediately after placing it on the sanganni.de website, please contact us by e-mail at order@sanganni.de.
We will process the refund as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation e-mail for processing your request.
Cancellation after receipt of the package:
You do not wish to use the products. e only take back unopened products with their original packaging for reasons of hygiene.
You must fill in the cancellation form with a photo of the product(s) in their original packaging. The cost of returning the parcel remains at the customer’s expense. Upon receipt and verification of the product(s), we will refund your order.
Damaged parcel
As soon as the package is sent, the carrier is responsible for any damage to the package. If you wish to receive a new product, you must place a new order.
